Please read the following license agreement. You must agree to its terms before signing up, using, running, or subscribing to NAILSALON via the web user interface or any integrated services. This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and [Your Company Name], which includes the NAILSALON platform, web application, mobile application (if applicable), electronic documentation, and any related materials. The NAILSALON also includes any updates and supplements to the original version provided to you.
By signing up or accessing NAILSALON, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not sign up, subscribe, access, integrate, run, or otherwise use the NAILSALON. c is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
When subscribing to NAILSALON, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use NAILSALON for your internal business purposes. Other than the rights expressly granted under this Agreement, no other rights or interests are provided.
Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:
While we own or have the right to use the underlying technology of NAILSALON, you own all customer data and information stored, transmitted, or managed through NAILSALON (the “Content”). You represent that you have all necessary rights to use and distribute such Content and agree to do so solely for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Content you manage complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

All copyrights and proprietary rights related to NAILSALON (including but not limited to the software, platform architecture, and documentation) are owned by NAILSALON. The platform is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, NAILSALON is provided “as is.” NAILSALON and its third-party providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAILSALON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of business, revenue, or data) arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You may be required to create an account to access NAILSALON. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or replace any username deemed inappropriate or offensive. If you share your login credentials, you are responsible for any activity performed under your account.
Access to certain features of NAILSALON requires a paid subscription. Your subscription will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
To access any of our paid subscriptions for NAILSALON, you are required to make a payment using Stripe (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, etc.). Stripe is the only accepted payment method.
For any purchases made through NAILSALON (https://nailsaloncrm.gizto.com/), you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You also agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address, payment method, and credit card expiration date, to ensure the successful processing of transactions.
Payments are processed through a web-based billing system, and all charges are billed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax may be added to the total purchase price, in accordance with local tax regulations. Prices are subject to change at any time.
By subscribing, you consent to paying all applicable fees at the current rates at the time of purchase.
You must provide Klazify Inc. with complete and accurate billing information, including:
If for any reason automatic billing through Stripe fails, Klazify Inc. will send you an electronic invoice. You must manually complete the payment for the billing period specified in the invoice before the due date.
Failure to pay before the deadline will result in the suspension of access to all paid features and services. Your account will automatically revert to the free plan until payment is successfully made.
Standard support services are included for all product plans Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST via chat or email. If you require a more advanced level of support, you can contact us to acquire an Enterprise Plan.
Klazify, Inc. and its dedicated support team work hard to provide high-quality service that meets the needs of even the most demanding customers. This is why all of its infrastructure is hosted in the cloud with top-of-the-line services that include backup and redundancy. In addition, all our services are monitored by an Operations Center capable of quickly identifying any type of failure and executing the planned contingency plans. Despite all such efforts, you acknowledge that NAILSALON may not be accessible for any reason related or not to Klazify Inc. and that refund requests related to service downtime will not be honored. If you need a custom service level agreement, please contact us to purchase an Enterprise Plan that meets your specific requirements.
You acknowledge that Klazify Inc. may from time to time, and in its sole discretion, update or change the content or format of NAILSALON data. Klazify Inc. shall strive to provide reasonable advance notification of such changes; however, from time to time sudden changes may be required, and since Klazify Inc. strives to accurately reflect these and adjust to these changes, significant advance notice is not always possible. You may be required to use the most recent version of NAILSALON in order to ensure functionality of your application(s) with NAILSALON.
Klazify Inc. shall have no liability to the Customer under the Contract if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations under the Contract, or from carrying on its business, by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of Klazify Inc. or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of Klazify Inc. or sub-contractors, provided that the Customer is notified of such an event and its expected duration.
By creating an account on NAILSALON, you agree that Klazify Inc. may include the name and its trademarks in a list of customers for promotional purposes. Your name or your trademarks may be used in press releases, on the website, in newsletters, in business presentations with other prospects, and in any other promotional material that Klazify Inc. deems necessary. You may opt out of the provisions of this section by contacting Klazify Inc. and expressly requesting not to use its name or trademark for promotional purposes.
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to NAILSALON and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the CRM include https://nailsaloncrm.gizto.com/. The CRM is a platform designed to manage customer relationships, providing tools for appointment scheduling, client tracking, and business analytics.
By using the CRM, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

From time to time, Klazify Inc. may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Klazify Inc. or click on a link therein.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Klazify Inc., you may opt out of such communications by UNSUBSCRIBE button or sending an email to hello[@]nailsaloncrm.gitzo.com.
We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
Klazify Inc. reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our application, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the application and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

Refunds are valid within 2 hours of purchase and only apply to the first payment we receive, as long as you have not used the CRM to create more than two records.
If, for any reason, your subscription payment is duplicated, refund requests for the duplicate payment will only be accepted within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Refund requests for duplicate payments made in months prior to the current month will not be accepted.
If you cancel your paid subscription on our website and, for any reason, the subscription is not automatically canceled in your Stripe or PayPal account, we will only accept refund requests for the first post-cancellation charge made on the website, provided that the refund request is submitted within 72 hours after the charge has been processed in your account. After this period, refund claims will not be accepted.
If we determine that you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full purchase price of your subscription, minus any third-party fees associated with your purchase, such as credit card processing fees. Please note that we reserve the right to modify our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Our Customer Service team will review your claim within 14 days and provide a response. If the refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
